All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date your order is processed, unless otherwise marked.

All items ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which averages a 2-5 day delivery time within the United States.  Please note that shipping times may vary, and delivery may take up to two weeks.  International orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered, though most are delivered within 14 days.  All domestic orders include tracking information that will be emailed to you after your shipping label has been generated.

Please note that once the tracking status for your package has been created, and your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of ColorUpLife. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for duty fees or custom taxes, or any miscellaneous fees resulting in delivery of a package.

Sending a Gift?
ColorUpLife will send gifts directly to the recipient for no extra charge. Please enter the recipient's mailing address in the shipping information.  If you'd like to have a gift note included, please leave one or two sentences in the "Note to ColorUpLife" comment box during checkout and we'll include it on a card.
