All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date your order is processed, unless otherwise marked.

All items ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which averages a 2-5 day delivery time within the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary, and delivery may take up to two weeks. International orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered, though most are delivered within 14 days. All domestic orders include tracking information that will be emailed to you after your shipping label has been generated.

Please note that once the tracking status for your package has been created, and your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of ColorUpLife. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for duty fees or custom taxes, or any miscellaneous fees resulting in delivery of a package.

• We will accept the return of your new and unused purchase within 7 business days after you receive it for a full refund of your original payment, minus shipping charges.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Once your return is received, we'll send an email notifying you that we received your returned item and your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
